Phillip Ogle brings a vast 20 yrs of Management experience in the fortune 500 world with him to Total Sports. As the co-founder of the organization he has one thing on his mind! How can he help the community! Ogle has been coaching Youth Sports for over 14 yrs. He is the Franchise head coach of our local youth football and cheer Franchise that has over 450 youth participants and over 100 volunteers. His local program has won the youth program of the year 2 of the last 3 years for the Nisqually area and teams that have won multiple championships in both football and cheer. Now his sites are on how he can bring this success to more youth. Ogle and his wife have 2 charities that help the community, TSD and their family’s charity ELGO. Ogle has sat on 2 charitable Boards prior to founding TSD and will now take on the role of President and Chairman of the Board for TSD.
Amber Ogle has achieved considerable success and recognition in the field of recreational cheerleading. Her accomplishments include growing a sideline cheer franchise from 70+ to 171 cheerleaders in three years, as well as coaching competitive recreational cheerleading teams that secured top placements in state championships. Notably, she has been nominated for several prestigious awards, such as the WSCCA Recreational Cheerleading Coach of the Year and the WSCCA Recreational Cheerleading Program of the Year, and she received the 2020/2021 South Sound Exceptional Woman Award. In addition to her coaching achievements, Amber is actively involved in charitable initiatives, co-founding TSD (Total Sports Development) and leading ELGO (Everyday Love Giving with The Ogles), which has positively impacted numerous individuals in need within her community. Amber's certifications in WIAA Stunt, Adaptive Sports, Unified Sports, and Special Olympics reflect her dedication to professional development and inclusive sports participation.
Jared Mathis is the Co-Founder and VP of Facilities for TSD. He served as the Board Member and Director of Field and Equipment at Alderwood Little League from 2003 to 2004, and as the Director of Equipment for the White River Wolverines from 2018 to 2021. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Warehouse and Equipment at the Thurston County Youth Football League. With 8 years of experience in youth sports coaching, Jared is committed to youth development and helping young individuals achieve their goals. His personal interests include fishing and hunting.
